Q: Best Solo Activity?
A: Traveling

Q: Biggest Accomplishment You Achieved on Your Own?

Finding a deep and meaningful spiritual path, through care giving an elderly parent with MCI and CHF.

Q: Perfect Spot?

A: My office at home. This is where I can tune in to my inner mechanism and still stay in touch with the outside world.

Q: Most Inspiring Book?

A: I found that almost all books can be inspiring. The only factor seems to be my open (or closed) mind.

Q: Personal Safety Starts With?

A: I am a big fan of geography and knowing which direction is north. Having a well charged mobile helps too.

Q: Best Restaurant?
I prefer to cook at home or go out for sushi. I usually end up with friends if I go out.

Q: What Do You Love Most About Being Single?
I love the ability to 'just do it' if I want to. If I wish to travel, I get the time off, and go. No hassles, no waiting for someone else to catch up with their luggage, no double translations. If I get lost (which is rare) I don't have to explain this to the other person. I can just enjoy the adventure.

Q: Advice for Others?
Going to the gym really helps. Stretching the muscles, working the heart, moving the joints...I tend to sit down a lot in my professional life, so this is a necessary plus.
