Can Men Fake Orgasms?

Q: I have been involved with a man since New Years and we have been intimate on several occasions. Every time he climaxes I somehow don’t get the sense that he is ejaculating. Am I crazy or can he be faking his orgasms? If so, why?

A male can climax without ejaculating but it's usually a condition seen in older men and often signifies an underlying medical issue.  So no, you are not crazy and he is likely not faking his orgasm (it's much more difficult for a man to do that than a woman).

Whatever the situation, my recommendation is that you discuss your observations with him, in a non-accusatory and non-critical way at a time when you feel connected and are not having sex.  If you like this guy and want to continue to be intimate, it's necessary to build trust in the relationship.  Your concern about what's going on with him when he climaxes needs to be understood and appreciated by both parties.

Remember to frame your conversation by first taking a deep breath and then focusing on whatever's already positive between the two of you, such as playfulness that doesn't involve genitalia.
