Q: What prompted you to start your business "Your Magic Elixir?"
I have a lot of single friends and single clients and I kept hearing them complain about their lack of options and how hard it was to be single in NYC. I started to recognize the pattern in each of these situations and I wanted to empower women to change their life and to open the door to possibility.

Q. Tell us a little bit about how you help empower women.
I help them to recognize where they have the power to change a negative pattern in their life. I also help them to find their own hidden passions and I give them the tools they need to feel truly happy with their current life.

Q: What do you think is the single biggest mistake singles make when it comes to finding true happiness?
They look at the past as a reason to be negative for the future. When you take a step back to see the lesson in the past experiences, then you can use it as a tool to move forward.

Q: What advice would you give to someone who has dating burn-out?
Stop trying so hard, even for a short while. Maybe give yourself a time line of a month or two where you are on hiatus and during that time find an activity that truly excites you. Take a language class, join a fitness class. Do something for you. Oftentimes when you are doing something that makes you happy you are more magnetic and people will naturally gravitate towards you.

Q: What do you think is the best part about being Single?
Being able to meet friends for dinner at the last minute or having a long phone conversation with a friend and not feeling guilty about it, or making plans without having to consult with someone else.
