Donald Trump is in the weight loss business. That’s right, The Donald is yet another famous celebrity joining the bandwagon to help America’s biggest losers shed pounds. On the menu at his new venture, The Trump Network, are custom nutrition plans that are sold through a network of direct marketers. To find out how other celebs are shedding pounds, keep reading!

The Silhouette Solution:  A weight-loss system developed by Dr. David Macallan, N.M.D. along with world-class nutritionists and scientists. Like Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig and Slimfast your weight loss efforts are contingent on the products you purchase which include “19 carefully-calibrated” foods that are delivered right to your doorstep. While the jury is still out on this diet formula, the marketers involved in pushing the products for a profit swear that the pounds melt off.

Weight Watchers
: Thankfully the Dutchess of York was swapped out as spokesperson for Weight Watchers International just in time to avoid the scandal! Now  the company’s newest success story, fresh faced celebrity Jennifer Hudson, is claiming center stage with her message to all: “Live Life, Lose Weight and Love It.” By tracking Points, the new mom has dropped 10 dress sizes since she gave birth. For inspiration you can check out her commercials, follow her weight loss blog and even sign up for the 7 day Jennifer Hudson plan which includes meal ideas and recipes from the Dream Girl herself.

The Cookie Diet: Rumor had it at the beginning of the summer that Jersey Shore’s Snooki was signing on with Cookie Diet master Dr. Siegal to lose weight, but it appears as through the booze may have thwarted her efforts. On a more positive front, Kris Jenkins of the New York Jets dropped 33 pounds by following the program. Apparently the plan works wonders for individuals with a sweet tooth, but that’s assuming you can survive on 6 cookies a day and a healthy dinner.

Jillian Michael’s Diet: America’s toughest trainer has teamed up with Waterfront Media to offer an interactive online diet platform complete with tools on becoming the biggest loser. The platform, like several Waterfront Media properties (The South Beach Diet and the Bikini Bootcamp Diet), includes an Interactive Weight Tracker, Fitness Advice videos, calorie calculators, hundreds of recipes and a menu guide, and it’s all free. Plus, you get straight up tips and advice from Jillian herself!
