Eligible Bachelor Minus One Element

Q: I am a single and just turned 40. I am smart, kind, funny and handsome, considered the most eligible bachelor in my city. However when I tell you my issue, you will understand that I am not bragging. You see, I am not very well-endowed, in fact as silly as it seems in writing my penis so small it is shameful and embarrassing. I know you will tell that with the right person this will not be an issue the problem it has completely shattered my self-confidence despite all my other positive attributes. What would you advise in this scenario?

You might want to talk to a therapist because your judgment about the size of your penis, describing it as shameful and embarrassing, has diminished your overall sense of self. I think you do believe other people see you as the most eligible bachelor in your city but you feel very conflicted about this because the secret you have erodes your confidence and interferes with intimacy and committed relationships.

At age 40, you have much to offer but it might take you sharing your insecurities with a professional before you can be vulnerable and realistic with a partner.
