Q: Best solo activity?
I would have to say any sort of exercise where I can put on my Ipod and crank out my favorite top 40 hits. That always seems to get me going - and allows me to enjoy my "alone" time.

Q: Biggest Accomplishment?

Last year I trained and finished my first half triathlon. Competing with myself to improve my time and endurance on a daily basis was a true test of character. I gained so much knowledge and respect from the people I met on long rides and runs in the park.

Q: Perfect Spot?

If you really need to know the truth, it would probably be me on my couch catching up on DVR recordings.

Q: Funniest, craziest or worst date ever?

Let's just say 'put down the blackberry' folks. Text messaging is no way to engage in foreplay.

Q: Best Local Restaurant for One?

I am not a big fan of dining alone. Though I can understand the appeal and possibilities to some....it is just not for me.

Q: Best Just for One Product?
Dustbuster

Q: Words of Inspiration?
'Be Present'

Q: Best Ways to Beat the Blues?

There is nothing like cocktails with my girlfriends to fix a bad mood. The important thing to remember is that we all have bad days and moments, regardless of if you are married or single. I usually 'allow' myself a 24 hour period to be mopey and then I happily move on.

Q: What do you love most about being single?

Though I am by nature a nurturer and look forward to being in a relationship, I am proud of the life, home and career I have built for myself, by myself. No one can ever take away the feeling of achievement when you have done it all on your own.

Q: Other words of advice?

Don't dwell on what you can't change.
