First, if your apartment has been sitting on the market for too long you have to begin with the obvious. Is your price too high? Lets assume that it isn't the price. What then could you do? You could do three things: staging, staging, staging. The staging of an apartment is the equivalent to a political candidate 'spinning' the media after a debate. It focuses attention on your positives, and moves attention away from any negatives. By staging the apartment you can showcase how great it is for families, or for entertaining, or for whatever strength your apt has in its favor.
