Makeovers for Men....

Q:Help, I think I need a makeover but have to wonder if this is normal for a forty something year old man. I wish I could have someone do a complete overhaul on my appearance and wardrobe, but am not sure if such an expert exists. Can please advice me?

Believe it or not yes, it is completely normal for a man to want to keep in style.  I have worked with many men who have their own business or are nearing the top of the corporate ladder and want to step up their game.  We usually start in your closet to see what still fits. From there we determine what needs improvement and together make a shopping list for items that need to be purchased.  It's also a good idea to top it off with grooming (i.e., new haircut, shave) and accessories (watch, briefcase, pen, etc).

I encourage you to find a stylist or image consultant in your area to get started. The Association of Image Consultants is a great resource which lists professionals who can help you get the makeover you are looking for and answer all of your questions.
