Q: Best solo activity?

Running. I am an extremely high energy person and running keeps my mind calm and body strong. Of course, I also love reading the paper and having brunch on Sunday morning at my favorite local breakfast place .

Q: Biggest Accomplishment?

Wherever I can work out and run. It is always best when I am in the mountains or close to a lake. Since I live in Montreal, I love running on Mount Royal or in the Laurentian Mountains, which is our version of the Hamptons but low key, Canadian Style.

There is a tiny spot in Montreal called The Taverne on Monkland Street which is a great place. If you are single that is just where you go..all the time. My favorite brunch spot is called L'Orange and it''s on Decarie Boulevard.

A pedometer.

I work out as much as you can, as hard as I can. Something about being in nature, even in the dead of winter, calms me yet the high of running is an awesome rush.

Being single is a choice, a freedom and a privilege. We are lucky to live in a society where we can choose our destiny rather than be locked into it.
