Fragoli Strawberry Liqueur: First only available in Europe, this wild strawberry liqueur only hit North America in 2006 and has become famous for its sweet taste and visual appeal -somehow the mini red berries manage to stay suspended in the vibrant red liquid. Excellent for mixed drinks — sparkling wine, vodka or dry vermouth are all great mixers, or as a base for strawberry Mojitos. Give your guests the red carpet treatment by handing out champagne flutes upon their arrival filled with Fragoli (1 ounce) and Prosecco (4 ounces). Or for a more decadent treat, fill up some shot glasses with 2 ounces of Fragoli and top them with whipped cream.
Pama Liqueur: Before we discovered the heart-healing powers of the pomegranate, this was the passion fruit of the ancient world that embodied temptation. Pama has extracted the fruit juice, mixed it with Vodka and Tequila and transformed it into a seductive love potion begging to be imbibed! Don’t be too shy to test your luck and mix it up with the award winning Pama Kiss! Just combine 1-1/2 ounces of PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, 3/4 ounce of Sour Apple Vodka and 1/2 ounce of Cranberry Juice in a cocktail shaker, shake well and serve on the rocks. Garnish with sugar-dusted raspberries.
Absolut Raspberri: Clear color but not in taste, Absolut Raspberri comes in a lipstick-red bottle highlighting the passionate intensity of ripened raspberries. For a fruity threesome, try mixing 1 part Absolute Raspberri , with 2 parts Cranberry Juice plus a splash of Blackberry Liqueur. Place all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Rothman and Winter Orchard Cherry Liqueur: A fine balance between sweet and sour, this new Austrian import gets its tart flavor from sour Weischel cherries, a fruit grown almost exclusively in and around that country. Take the cherry cocktail to new heights by combining 3/4 ounce Bourbon, 1/2 ounce Fernet, 1/2 ounce Rothman and Winter Orchard Cherry Liqueur, 1/2 ounce Lime Juice plus 1/2 ounce simple syrup. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
