Q:I want to tone up but every time I lose weight my breasts seem to disappear! I also have a tiny waist but want to tone down my legs and butt without losing my boobs. Is there anyway I can do this? Please help!!

The beauty of losing  weight is that our bodies get smaller, the unfortunate part is that we sometimes lose the weight in areas that don’t need it. Because it is impossible to spot reduce, there is no way to keep the chest area from decreasing in size if you lose weight from other parts of the body. Luckily, there are a few tricks I can share with you to help keep the girls around.

First, understand that the breasts are primarily body fat. It is rare to see a large woman with tiny breasts or a lean person with a naturally large chest. But under the body fat is a layer of muscle that if toned up helps lift whatever it is you do have. Doing push ups, presses and other chest exercises will certainly help. Also, finding a bra that fits your new size can also aid in the appearance of looking larger. Wearing an outfit that draws attention to your tiny waist is also a great bait and switch move that most people won’t even notice.
