What to do with a Romantic Getaway for 2?

Q: I'm wondering what I should do about a romantic getaway for two I won. I still have a year to decide but I've been happily single for at least 6 years now. The company has given me an option to extend after 2009 if I can't find someone to take. Any suggestions on what to do? I can fly solo at concerts with no problems but this trip is troublesome.
