Ok I know this site is all about being single and lovin’ it BUT don’t you ever get tired of acting out a Sex and the City episode? And even Carrie, Charlotte, and Miranda got their men in the end. Only Samantha ended up alone but not really because she seemed to be getting “some” on a regular basis….which is more than I can say! I just think it is perfectly natural to want someone to spend your time with, NO NEED TO PRETEND!

I'm with Mrs. Broome. I'd rather be happy and on my own than miserable and with a douche bag, or just somewhat okay with a boring dude. Pass... PLUS, I don't have to worry about shaving my legs if I don't want to.

I love Sex and the City but for me the movie was a cop out. The whole premise of the series was to be empowered as single women. This film had them all settling for men who lied, cheated and left them hanging.

For me personally, living single became much easier in my 30's. Family and friends stopped questioning me about my love life, I grew to trust my guts, instincts and not be terribly insecure about what I looked like or ate that day. The right man will find you when you are living the life you are meant to lead and that's when your happily ever after should happen!
